After receiving a Return Authorization Number from us (email: earthtones@paganmusic.com) Earth Tones Studios will gladly: Exchange any item that has not been opened or used (or) any item that is damaged (not including abuse or from normal wear and tear), for the same item or any other item of equal value. You may choose to receive a store credit towards future purchases instead. A valid Earth Tones Studios receipt (or copy of) must accompany the return. All returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. Note: There is a 15% restocking fee on orders over $150 that are returned for any reason. We cannot accept returns via COD, therefore the customer is responsible for the shipping costs on returning their item. Earth Tones Studios will pay for the shipping on any DAMAGED items on the return back to the customer. CDs without Shrink wrap: Some CDs come without shrink wrapping to protect Mother Earth. They were created without any shrink wrap when brand new. We cannot accept regular undamaged returns of these items because they come already opened. A limited number of CDs are opened in our store when we attend Pagan Gatherings, so that the customer may listen to a sound sample. (This only happens when they are not found in our 300 disk jukebox in our merchant tent!) Usually these opened disks are only played ONE TIME. We do NOT sell used items in our store. Due to the fact that recordings can be copied once they are opened, we do not do refunds. Send Returns to: |
